About Jaye
Jaye Palmer has 30 years acting experience, mostly in (approximately) 40 Amateur Dramatic productions, starting as Gretl in The Sound of Music at age 5. A natural character actress, she has excelled played strong characters such as Katherine in the Taming of The Shrew, Lady Mac and even fell into the typecasting trap as the Evil Queen, Evil Empress and Wicked Stepmother in pantomimes.

Jaye’s CV is made up of 95% theatre work, but since deciding to expand her CV, she has made a successful start in exploring all the techniques required for acting within the media of film & TV. Ever the perfectionist, Jaye has even enrolled in workshops on cinematography & directing to be able to immerse herself into any production with a better understanding of the teamwork and processes involved.
